I needed to laugh this morning, heh.<br /><br />And my knees bother me sometimes too (mostly from running), but even though spin is intense, it doesn't bother my knees at all. I know each person is different, but so far, I haven't had any lingering soreness in that area. When I first signed up, I thought, "Oh, just some fast bike riding, big whoop," but it's sooo intense! Lots of hills and speed intervals and surprisingly, lots of upper-body work too.
