So I have kind of a sad story to tell (a story I'm sure my local readers can relate to)... I live in Colorado. And because Colorado has really ancient/backwards liquor laws, we can not haz Trader Joe's. (I'm pretty sure it's liquor-related, but someone correct me if I'm wrong... Either way, SUCK-orado is more like it.)
I have had the joy of actually shopping in TJ's in the past, thanks to trips to California and New Mexico. In fact, I'm 99% sure I will be going to New Mexico in June, so a trip to TJ's is in the works...
That said, I'd like to get a good shopping list going of some of YOUR TJ's must-haves! I'm familiar (of course!) with good ol' Two-Buck Chuck and Doug loves their chocolate covered cranberries, but I'd like to make the trip more worthwhile and try some of your favorite products, so comment away!
My only criteria is that it be something suitable for a 6-hourish drive... Although, if it's something that's OMG-Amazing (and requires refrigeration), I suppose I could make some exceptions and bring along a good cooler.
So fire away, kids! Thanks!

almond butter with roasted flaxseeds. Any granola. I'd say their vanilla organic greek yogurt but it needs to be cold...
Sauces: soyaki, thai curries....all good!

PB Puffins, Eggplant and Garlic Spread, Pesto Sauce, WW Dough, WW Flour, Veggie Lasagna, Veggie Eggrolls, Soyaki Sauce, Cinnamon Pita Chips, I also got Veggie corndogs but still have not tried them, Almond Butter...and the list can go on and on! ohhh and tulips! lol
We don't have TJ in FL either but I love their dried mango. I think it's Just Mango. No added sugar etc.
Wasabi Tamari Almonds - I bought a lb bag of them ate them all in 2 days and had to go buy another for the trip home.
