Last night's dinner was a bunch of spaghetti squash w/ butter, seasonings, and some sauteed bay scallops with parmesan on top. It was super-filling and not a lot of points. I swear, some days I could eat a whole spaghetti squash by myself. I forget to buy them more often, but since they've been pretty cheap at Sunflower Market lately, I should probably make an effort to keep them on my radar.

The scramble I made for breakfast this morning was kinda meh. I just wanted to finish some things off and ended up throwing them all together. The flavor of the sausage kinda threw off the taste of everything else. Oh well. Lots of protein and fiber, so no real complaints.

EXERCISE:

Went for a morning run. It was hard getting going since it's that time of the month this week, but I pushed through it. My speed was a little slower today, but that's alright. I just kept reminding myself that tomorrow (Wednesday) is my day off from working out, so my body can rest then.

Last night I made eggplant parm with spaghetti squash. SO good. The spaghetti squash at the farmers market are $2 each.
